If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
- Please note that it can take up to 90 days to see the visible positive effects of a new skincare regimen. In addition, you may experience a breakout during the acclimation period within the first 30 days which is typical and normal.
- You must have given the products at least 90 days of consistent use before requesting a different solution.
- Customers must email us within 7 days after the 90 days of use for the product solution guarantee to be valid.
